The Color Red

 This week, one of my assignments was to find and photograph something emphasizing the color red.

Not too exciting, is it?

Well, no, it's not exciting. It's not great by any means, and was even a bit rushed. But there's still enough to look at. Mainly, the depth and texture *within* the color. Despite it being entirely red, you can almost feel the texture just by looking at it.

 The shape also draws my eye - I feel as though it's similar to the neon-lit storefront signs as of old. 

I am also fond of the specular highlights in the plastic "glass" over the alarm light.
